These Terms govern your use of the PastScreen-CN application (the “App”) and any accompanying materials. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is provided under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3). You may run, study, and modify the software under GPLv3. When redistributing modified versions, you must comply with GPLv3, including providing source code.

3. Payments

Payments, if any, are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information to the payment processor.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and GPLv3.
• Do not misrepresent the origin of the software or remove license notices.
• Back up your data; the App stores assets locally on your device.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once digital goods are delivered. The App is a one-time purchase; there are no recurring subscription fees.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For offline deployments, check the repository or distribution channel for the latest version.
